Project Details
This cape nestled in a beach community got the Flippin’ CT touch with a light rehab. We replaced all of the plumbing in the house and added a full 2nd bathroom upstairs! The rest of the project was primarily cosmetic. We replaced floors, new kitchen, fresh paint, and fenced the entire backyard.
